Our state-of-the-art bakery, opened in 2021, houses our main head office, including our Development Bakery and our Baking Academy.
Following a multi-million pound investment in a fully automated roll line, we can produce a flexible range of rolls, with options to top, slice and batch to meet our customers' needs.
We have a world class sourdough production facility, designed to replicate craft principles of how the finest sourdough is baked. The process takes up to 36 hours and is baked on a stone sole oven to give us the very best sourdough bread, rolls and baguettes

Opened in 2018, this state of the art bakery is dedicated to our Gluten Free range of products.
We have two highly automated plants for bread, rolls and flat breads.
We also have a craft bakery where we can bake muffins and a range of pastry products.

On this site we have three production facilities with capability to bake bagels, sesame buns, scones, dough balls and pancakes

We moved to this site in 1991, just up the road from our original Park Road Bakery which started baking in 1934.
This purpose built site bakes a range of bread, rolls, pancakes, pies and pastries for our Village Bakery brand and our partner customers
